• Take some sprouted moong and make it into a puree.
  • Take some dry roasted oat flakes in a blender to turn it into a powder.
  • Mix the oats powder,  the moong sprout paste and a little of besan powder.
  • Add salt, green chilly & ginger garlic paste to the mixture.
